The conference presents the most important results of the WIN project, and initiates a dialogue on structural barriers, social innovation, and the practical solutions that can strengthen women's labour market participation across Europe.

Located in a unique industrial heritage setting, the site reflects the industrial background that shaped the regions affected by the WIN project.

WP1 – Women’s needs and institutional barriers
Exploring the structural barriers affecting women living in peripheral industrial regions.

WP2 – Social innovation to improve the labour market
Exploring the innovative approaches trialled during the project.

WP3 – Capacity building for the labour market participation of women
Identification of the key skills, institutional support and capacities required to improve labour market participation.
