The project’s main goals include the facilitation of active youth participation in civic matters, allocation of resources, facilitation of meaningful relationships among young individuals and youth workers, and the provision of mentoring and resources to empower young leaders in the execution of their ideas. Ultimately, the project seeks to bolster the collective influence of young people in shaping their communities and tackling societal issues.

To achieve these objectives, will be created:

• a comprehensive report on youths’ interests, which will include national reports, best practices, and practical resources.
• a functional Speed Dating and Matching platform, with a manual of usage, training of staff members, online speed dating events, and projects’ incubation.
•  a mentorship program including mapping of mentors, training sessions, and online events.
• dissemination actions including coverage on social media, videos, and multiplier events.
