Apart from us, 5 other member states are participating in the Erasmus+ project called Youth Match Point.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Youth Match Point project is about youth cooperation and the connection and matching of young people and youth workers. Our concept aims to create a platform that encourages real connections among young people in a fun and accessible way. The platform will provide an opportunity for both young people and mentors to meet online. Through this, we will establish a mentoring programme in which young people can receive support from expert, experienced mentors.
