Join us to discover the latest news, innovations, projects and best practices from across Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Take part in the final Open HoCare2.0 conference, organised by our Czech project partner, where we will present practical examples of co-creation and open innovation approaches based on the experiences of pilots tested in 6 countries. We have involved 20 SMEs and public service providers to develop innovative products and services for home care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our guest speakers will discuss the key lessons learned and future opportunities in the field of co-creation and home care in Europe.
