Although the region's economic structure is changing, men still typically predominate in higher-paying, more stable and technologically advanced positions, whilst women are frequently found in lower-paid, part-time or less secure jobs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through the examples of several countries, the video demonstrates that the problem is complex and appears in different forms from region to region. In the background lie such factors as the lack of affordable childcare, the limited availability of flexible work opportunities, a lack of supportive professional networks, stereotypes related to gender roles, as well as weak or fragmented policy implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, the video for the WIN project focuses not only on the challenges, but also on the solutions. It presents social innovations that stem from local needs, involve stakeholders, and provide tangible support for women. These include awareness-raising initiatives, educational programmes, community spaces, start-up support and collaborations that open up new opportunities for women in the labour market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The video clearly points out that achieving real progress requires inclusive, flexible, and locally-rooted solutions.
