conference presents the <strong>most important results of the WIN project<\/strong>, and initiates a dialogue on structural barriers, social innovation, and the practical solutions that can strengthen women's labour market participation across Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Location<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The conference will take place on 6 May 2026 in Oroszl\u00e1ny <strong>At a mining museum<\/strong> (45 Cs\u00e1kv\u00e1ri utca, Oroszl\u00e1ny, 2840)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Located in a unique industrial heritage setting, the site reflects the industrial background that shaped the regions affected by the WIN project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Highlights of the conference<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Opening Session \u2013 Why is WIN important now?<br><\/strong>Introduction of the project and its significance for regional labour markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Opening keynote<br><\/strong><em>Beyond good intentions: structural, political and corporate perspectives on women's participation and society in shaping women's employment opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>WIN Results Lab \u2013 Interactive workshop<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants take part in thematic workshops that focus on the project's three main areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>WP1 \u2013 Women\u2019s needs and institutional barriers<\/strong><br>Exploring the structural barriers affecting women living in peripheral industrial regions.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>WP2 \u2013 Social innovation to improve the labour market<\/strong><br>Exploring the innovative approaches trialled during the project.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>WP3 \u2013 Capacity building for the labour market participation of women<\/strong><br>Identification of the key skills, institutional support and capacities required to improve labour market
